A Visit to Luray Caverns

 

We've been told time and time again to visit Luray Caverns....and finally, we got there!  Less than an hour away from the cabin, we have driven by the Caverns many times, but we usually head to one of our favorite restaurants or the entrance to the Shenandoah National Park.  As a special treat during Spring Break, while we were visiting the cabin, we drove out to Luray specifically to tour the Caverns.

The Caverns were spectacular.

 

 

We were very glad to have finally seen Luray Caverns.  If you go, we also really enjoyed the Luray Valley Museum, which was included in the tickets for the Caverns. 

What a Beautiful View!

We love to visit the town of Luray, right near the entrance to Shenandoah National Park. It also offers great food, wonderful shops, attractions like Luray Caverns, and beautiful views like the one above.
